When Tom Burtch heard about the SW Signal Project Fundraiser, he immediately went into action. Instead of handing out flyers or soliciting individual donations, Burtch and his business, the Rockford Carry Out, planned a one day fundraising event. That event took place August 28, and includes pizza, sports, a fundraising auction, and a lot of unity toward this important cause.
