We’re going to sing, read, and remember the Christ who set aside the glory of heaven to become the humblest of humans. We may want to forget the havoc of our world, but Christ entered into a world with even more havoc and he did it so we could find true peace. There will be candles. Our 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm services are contemporary worship services, which include activities and games for children as a part of the service. The 11:00 pm service is a more quiet traditional service with Christmas songs throughout the reflective message. (Childcare only available at these two services.) We’re asking those who attend to wear masks into the building until they are seated. To allow us to prepare space for each family, we’re asking that families RSVP at www.limacrossroads.org/events

Ebenezer Mennonite Church will be having a traditional Christmas Eve service at 6:00 pm in the Crossroads Ministry Center and live-streamed into the sanctuary. The service will also be live-streamed on the internet for those who cannot attend in person. There will be singing of traditional Christmas carols along with Advent scripture readings. The service will conclude with Silent Night and the lighting of Christmas candles. Masks are required for all of those ten years of age and older. We look forward to our time together celebrating the arrival of the newborn King!

The Christmas Eve service at Lima Community Church is a family tradition in the Lima area. We will celebrate Christmas Eve with great live music and an inspiring message of hope. Even in the age of COVID, we celebrate the coming of the Christ child! While our sanctuary can typically hold around 1,000 people, we have limited the capacity of the room due to COVID to less than half that. If the room fills to capacity for any of the services, we will provide overflow seating in another area with a live feed of the service. Childcare will be available.
