So what was the big surprise????
I’ve made you wait well over a week and if you hadn’t guessed by my social media posts, the big surprise was that we took our kids to Disney World! Actually, my gracious Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law took our kids to Disney.
As in, they dropped my wife and I off at the airport and then drove an 8-year-old and a 6-year-old to Orlando, from Indianapolis, in a day and half. Gracious! Leah and I flew down a day early to be encouraged by an FCA conference, made up of more than 1600 staff members and their spouses. It was incredible!
Then after the conference, the six of us enjoyed the big surprise at all four Disney Parks — plus we got to spend some awesome quality time together.
Time to Reflect
I’ll admit, the time made me very reflective, and from it, I wrote down some spiritual insights I pulled from our trip. I plan on sharing these with you the next several weeks, so if you have any Disney fanatics in your life, encourage them to check them out at right here on WTLW.com.
